No There is not cheat to bring them back from death, i only knoe a cheat of how to kill them! lol
If you're talking about the computer version and you have the University expansion, you can use the Paranormal career reward to get a Sim back from the dead. You'd have to send a Sim through University and get them to get a high enough level job in the Paranormal career.
