We can't sue JD! That's like sueing LG for making cell phones. That's like sueing AirWalk for making shoes that look a lot lke Vans shoes.

They are similar but are NOT tamagotchis.

Anybody who says we should sue has no clue about how much money Bandai would loose if they did sue.

I agree with Courtnee~Malakian.TAhe jdge would say JD isn't guilty and BanDai would lose money.

 
We can't sue them. For example,Nike is a type of shoe and Dial is a type of hand soap.

look:

Tamagotchi's are copyright of BanDai. On some picture's of JD's tamagotchi's, they tell you some types of Tama's. They put tama next to it, eg: Heart Tama. I saw it! And just because we are young doesn't mean we can't keep an eyeout at JD's products.
