when you sleep, do you hacve to put the tamagotchi on pause? and how long is a year?

Hey there cryingayu,

When you sleep you do NOT need to put the tamagotchi on pause. This is something that some owners do in order to make their character live longer (because tamagotchi grows in its sleep, pausing it halts the growth, making it live longer). It does not need to be done and I don't do it.

As for your second question, 1 year in tamagotchi time is 1 day in human time.
