Ouran high school host club X^D

Kashimashi (if your in for a laugh and can handle it)

Full Metal Panic! comes to mind for me, although I wouldn't be surprised if you've read it already. its got short, funny story arcs based on high school life with longer, serious story arcs about Kaname Chidori's roll as a Whispered. A mysterious body guard named Sosuke Sagara is employed to protect her and much of the humour comes from his over protective antics. It's got High School, Mechs, and Romance. Good stuff. However, it may not be what you're looking for when you say high school student manga. At any rate you should read it as it's a classic in my book.

Oh, and it's rated 13+ I think; it's got some artistic nudity (i.e., they are fully naked but no details are drawn; it's essentially just an outline with no clothing.) and some violence as well, and a little bit of fanservice (mostly panty shots ) I bet you can handle it.
