It's not coming back. The next one for valentines day is the Love Frog, and for easter it's the easter duckling.

How do you know that you know a lot more than her? I'm not trying to be mean, but you sounded very rude right then.
No one is quite sure if it is coming back, but I'm thinking that it won't. Although they might make a new seasonal webkinz each year, and then keep releasing the old seasonals and the new ones together. I'm going to send them an e-mail and ask them about it!
Afterall, they haven't put the 'retired' badge on them yet.
