My three tamagotchis are all seven since last night and two of them are partners. They haven't mated yet and mrs. busybody hasn't come up. How much longer do I have to wait? Will they mate? I'm impatient...

You don't need mrs. busybody for your Tamagotchi Partners to mate!
Just reject her offer when she comes. Keep connecting your tamagotchis and they will mate. They do have to be an adult for at least 48hrs until they can have babies. Just keep connecting and see what happens.
