if you have a v4 then here's what you do... hwhen you enter your logout pasword and you click ok, then a thinggy should pop up asking you if you enterd it correctly. if your tama is back on the screen, then you did it correctly. click yes. then another thingy should pop up giving you the paswords to all the items you collected. on you tama, go to the games/activity icon select that, and go down until you see the selection theat says "pasword" select that. then press the middle button, so that it shows you a screenwith a lot of zeros. start entereing the pasword for an item from the computer screen, and when you finish, a present should come down from teh top of the screen and yo ushould get your item. do this with all the items until you getall teh items that you collected.
