I'm really into instrumental rock/post-rock/neo-classical lately. It's extremely pretentious--annoyingly so, and I'm always hesitant to mention it to people I know because it's got a bad rap as being a genre full of "artsy" charlatans. Nonetheless, I really do enjoy the likes of pg.lost, Tunturia, Balmorhea, Explosions in the Sky, Caspian, Gifts from Enola. I can't really pick a favourite. I also like a lot of J-Rock (I know, who doesn't :furawatchi: ) like Fujifabric, 403, Laruku (hah...), and Asian Kung-Fu Generation. I also like a lot of Happy Hardcre and Electro like DJ Hixxy, Styles and Breeze, Sy & Unknown, and Apoptygma Bezerk. I also like some art rock/prog/indie like dredg.

In short, I could never pick a favourite band!
