The new Cyber Pokeball or Cyber Babies?

Cool, I have the Cyber Pokéball, it rocks!!! (That's how you came to find out about it. ^) I have caught and met plenty of Pokemons already and I'm doing my best to get the whole lot. As for Cyber Babies, I'm afraid I've never heard of them. As far as I know these pokéballs don't mate so it must be something completely different. Any links/images related to it? I'd quite like to be interested.

True but for starters... won't there only 4 initial characters (Pikachu within them)?

Yes, they evolve, my Pikachu evolved into Raichu at level 16. It flashed showing level increase and flashed again. I said yes to evolution. However, looking through the friend list you can see what characters evolve into which because they look alike and go one after the next. However I think Riachu will only evolve once. Or do you get to choose another character? I don't know.
