Sure enough it's a fake here's a thing to remember if it doesn't have the Bandai logo on ther box it's a fake.

 
Did you ever think, that maybe in other countries that, that is their version of the Tamagotchis that we have here and that the ones that we have here, aren't sold there. So they have to create their own line of them, so they can have tamagotchis too.
