It will only release in Japan, the translation would be too hard. Besides, Bandai has no contract with anyone to make movies. It's like the Animal Crossing Movie. It won't release. Lots of japanese things, you can't translate into english or other languages. Same 4 the songs. It's impossible to translate that part.
