i just invited someone over my webkinz house. and then they left. then, a reindeer appered in my door, even though the person i invited was a dog, and they were gone!!!

 
The person probably switched their pet, and then one of those "stuck in the house" glitches occured. Log out then log back in. It should work.

I Agree with GotchiGirl96. That happens to me sometimes. Logging out and Log back in works.
