I like the Clique series. However, I find them a bit too materialistic. But they are really good still.

They are a good series of books as long as you have common sense. EVERYONE in the book is stupid and bad except Layne because she is individual, a good friend, not materialistic, and just so much nicer than all the other girls. Massie is mean for calling people losers and being conceited, and the rest of her clique is mean for following her. Claire is bad because she is a wimp! She has no backbone to stand up to Massie! But I love the books anyway because it's FUNNY finding out what happens to these stupid people!
