I have a feeling it's just one of those glitches that sometimes occur on Webkinz World. I wouldn't worry about it though, the site is srsly messed up lately.
Try logging out and logging back in. It will probably tell you when your account expires then.

don't worry about these things!
Whenever something bad happens, just log out, then log in.
Unusual things usually happen on webkinz!
