Introduction:
Have you always wanted to prove your skills? Is the "Battle tower" not enough for you?
Why not prove to everyone that your the best Pokemon Trainer! Why not become the Pokemon Master of TAMATALK!
I put everything in Chapters so you can just scroll down for all the information you want to learn about.

[SIZE=30pt]How do I sign up?[/SIZE]
Signing up is really easy! Only thing is, you must have the following things~!
~Nintendo DS/DS lite
~Wi-Fi Connection
~Either Pokemon Pearl, or Diamond
~You must be alive.

Ok, once you've made sure you have everything listed above please post in this topic, your "Friend code", your Pearl/Diamond User name, and your Tamatalk user name!
Then I'll make sure to add you to my list, and you'll be all signed up! ^-^"
Note* Sign ups close on January 11th 2008. So make sure to sign up before then.

[SIZE=30pt]Once I've signed up, what do I have to do next?[/SIZE]
After you've signed up, you basically just have to relax for a bit, and get your Pokemon ready until sign ups close.
Once signs ups are closed up, the Tournament will BEGIN!
During that time, I will match up Two people to battle and the winner will of course move on and the loser will sadly have to end there.
This is how it will work out:
I will message you on your Tamatalk Account telling you who your going to battle and what there "Friend Code" is, Pearl/Diamond username is, and of course there Tamatalk account is.
It will be up to you to talk to your opponent and find a good time to fight them. Once you've found a time to fight them, you will organize the battle system as a "Lvl 50 Single battle"
Note*: You will have only two days to battle your opponent. Because after two days, We should be moving on and finding out who the winners are.
Anyway, once you've fought your opponent and a winner is decided. I WILL NEED BOTH OF YOU TO message me and tell me who the winner was.
(Hopefully there will be no cheaters saying that they won just so they can get into the next round. >.>")(If you cheat like that...I WILL FIND OUT. D:< lol
So thats pretty much it for this part.

The Tournament will start on January 12th 2008.
But remember that January 10th 2008 is the last day that signs up are open. And January 11th is when they fully close. And theres a slim very slim chance you'll get in after that.
But lets just hope A LOT OF people will join! ^_^

[SIZE=30pt] FAQ'S (Frequently asked Questions!)[/SIZE]
Question: I don't have Wi-Fi at my house but I REALLY want to enter! Is there anything I can do?
Answer: I'm afraid theres not a lot I can do there. But you could try finding a place that might have Wi-Fi. Like a "Hotspot" the "Library", You can even buy a Wireless router for your DS or a Nintendo Wii that will allow you to go on Wi-Fi.
And if all else fails, try searching for an access point on your street! ~ Muahaha~

Answer: It's quite easy to do! So no worry's! :3
First your going to need to get to the starting menu on either your Diamond or Pearl.
If you look at the bottom there should be something that says: "NINTENDO WFC SETTINGS". Click on that.
A new menu will open up, you'll need to press on "Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection Settings"
Three Bubbles will pop saying "Ready" In the middle of them. Click on it.
Another menu will show up. You'll need to click on "Search for an Access point"
Once you click on it, it'll be searching for an access point. If your lucky someone will pop up, and there should be networks there. There will be a list of Networks thats either yours or someone else's. If the lock on the side of it is blue, that means the connection is open and you can use it. All you'll need to do is click on the name with the blue open lock on it. And it'll then test the connection. If it is successful You'll have the CONNECTION!!
And therefore you'll have Wi-Fi.
But if the Lock is Red beside the name, that means the connection is locked and you'll have to know the password to open it.
Question:I know for a fact that I have Wi-Fi and everything, but how do I find out my "Friend Code"?! O.O" And how do I Register people so I can battle them! >

This is also very easy to do! ^-^"
First of all you'll need to get a Pal Pad from the bottom floor of the Pokemon Center! Talk to the lady behind the counter on the far right, and she will give you a "Pal Pad". Once you've got the "Pal Pad" Go into your bag and go into the "KEY ITEM pocket"
Scroll down and look inside the pocket until you find the "Pal Pad" Once found, click on it and click on USE.
It'll open up and You'll see three things.
CHECK FRIEND ROSTER Which is people You've added already
REGISTER FRIEND CODE Which will be needed to add a friend.
[insert your Pearl/Diamond name here]'s CODE Which is where you can find out YOUR friend code. Click on it.
It Should show your friend code. If not. Exit out of the Pal Pad. Click on one of the other lady's behind the counter and connect to Wi-Fi connection.
Once your finished connecting. Exit out of THAT, and go back to your Pal Pad.
It then SHOULD show your Friend CODE! And there you go!
