I don't know how much I believe this. A lot of these topics are just attention seeking.
Well, if this is for real, I suggest you contact the company, Ganz.
But they do say that whatever happens to your account is your responsibility, so I don't know what they would do about the issue.
Don't ever share your password or secret code with anyone.

Here is a big tip. DO NOT share your password with anyone! No matter how much you trust them, do not because they might pass it on to someone else and eventually someone will hack you. Change your password every few weeks. If that doesn't help, you should just contact Ganz© Hope I helped!

NEVER GIVE THEM OUT!

This happened to me. Its Ganz.
You heard me. At first I thought someone was hacking me, but no one knows my code, and I changed my passwords.
If you log out with rare items in your dock, when you log in, its gone.
