That's a good question. I have successfully debugged two tamas, but debugging a V5? That would be very interesting, being able to chose three tamas. I don't know, but this is a very good question.

I do not have a V5, so I do not yet know, but since all of the other tamagotchis can be debugged you can probably debug a V5, but I don't recommend it. :p

Debugging got weird after v3? right?

I didn't try to debug V4 or 4.5. I heard those went in to hypertime if you did. So debugging was kind of a waste with those.

But yeah, debugging a V5 might be strange with the family thing. It would be nice to choose your whole family.

You can degug all versions, including V5, though you shouldn't

sorry but you cannot debug v4, v4.5 or v5 because the "c" button makes it go in hyperspeed but unfortunately the "c" button on v4, v4.5 and v5 make the tama do something so if you do debug your tamagotchi v4, v4.5 or v5 it will always be in hyperspeed and your tama will be screwed up :p

It might be possible that there is a workaround of hyperspeed. :chohimetchi: Very unlikely , though. :marumimitchi: But it would be nice if someone did debug one so that we could find out what secret characters are in there. :chohimetchi: Untill then, we may never know what lies past the plastic casing(I know there is a circit board, I mean characters)! :D :kuribotchi:

Thats wrong because i debugged my v4 and it was in hyper speed.Click hereto see binary preform v5 debugging.

I know you can't debug a v4. I tried but I could n't find the debug circle anywhere on the computerbourd. B) :p :p

Actually, I HAVE a V5. 20 minutes ago I tried debugging it. The problem was I COULDNT GET A SCREWDREIVER-THINGY SMALL ENOUGH FOR THE 4 TINY SCREWS. :D :D bUT i will tell as soon as I try debugging it. Actually, I really want to debugg it( STUPID SCREWDRIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)so I can choose a Pure family and have a pet and so that maybe they can age faster so They can go on to the Dating Show. Also , I just got Makiko!!!!!!!

She is sooooooooooooo pretty! Hope I helped( And i will be able to finally(maybe) to debugg a v5

actually you can degbug a v5 and v4 binary took his v5 tamagotchi apart and its by the front screen.

Im new to this debugging buisness but know a bit about it, what is hyperspeed. (this is just out of intrest, i definetly dont want to risk it and havent got the right stuff for it anyway)

You can debug any tama (I think). Though I'm 110% sure you can debug the BanDai made ones. you can find the video at the top reply. I saw it and it seems easy enough except I need a small enough screwdriver too!

Hope this helped! :)

Agh! Now I have it!

There is a video on Google videos! I'm not sure if it's a YouTube vid or not. I forgot.

You really should watch the vid first!

Debugging the V5 involves soldering.

Just look up V5 debug.

i know this might not be helping but i don't really like debugging my tamas so un i can't really help u here ;)
