I think it's pretty good but the I don't like the new Travel Show feature. I'd rather have pause. Raising multiple characters is fun. Bandai has gone pretty far from a little virtual pet with a keychain that u can feed and play games with to a virtual pet that u can connect with others, go on the internet and get money and prizes, buy things for it with GPs, play tons of games, and now you can raise a family! Don't you think?

The new travel it's cute, i think it's better than just pause your tama, but the function is the same... personally, the only thing i don't like is there arent big animations if you use the items like the previous versions, but some animations are cute too! I love the idea of the new C Button and the pets for the violet, mame, meme and kutchi family!

I like it a lot.
At first it was a bit confusing, but after a little bit of time it's really easy.
The only thing I'm not pleased with is they seem almost not needy enough.

I don't think I like it that much. I love the simple take care of a pet, feed it, play games, and that. There's just too much with the Shop feature and all these new things. I love the old school tamagotchis and the version one most of all, but I do have at least one tamagotchi from every version released in the states.

I don't really like the new V5's. I'm more for the old school tama's. I really liked the v3 and back. I can see why people do like the v5 though.

I really wish you could get mail like the v 4/4.5s. And I also don't like that you can't see how old they are or anything. And the pausing thing gets on my nerves too because it takes longer for them to get to the travel show then it would to just press two buttons. But an advantage of that would be it would be harder to accidentally get them out of the mode in travel mode then just pausing it.

But I miss getting mail. That is my favorite thing about the Tama's.

I HATE it!!! I was expecting it to be more like the v4 and v4.5 but it wasn't. Instead you can't do anything with them. They are much less intereactive and have turned into a toy for toddlers, not for everyone else. I really don't like them. They are a big dissapointment.

I agree with you ipickee, i'm more for the old school tamas too. I absolutly LOVED the V3!

I thought the V5 was ok. I can tell you that it's not one of my fav versions.

Do you like the tamagotchi house (white) design? That is mine and I am trying to decide if I like it.

Yea. I like it. but I agree about the travel thing. Its nice to know thatmy tamas will be enjoying themselves on vacation though

Yea, you are right. But you just have to get used to the v5. It does get boring too, at times. the other versions were more exciting.
