According to IMdB, Lars and the Real Girl is about an awkward and shy young man named Lars who ordered a sex doll, of which he gave the name Bianca, off the Internet. Lars doesn't want sex with it, though, but instead a meaningful relationship.
I actually thought before I saw it that the movie would be kinda corny. Wow was I off!
