So the angelgotchis are touch screen? I've got my tamagotchi but it doesn't have a battery. Here is some research I did about angelgotchis:

Tenshitchi no Tamagotchi (Tamagotchi Angel or Angelgotchi)

The Tenshitchi no Tamagotchi was released in Japan in August 1997 with three different designs. An English version, the Tamagotchi Angel, was released in America and Europe with four designs. Both versions are often referred to as the Angelgotchi.

The option to discipline in case of misbehavior which was in the original Tamagotchi was replaced by the option to praise for doing good deeds in the Angelgotchi. The caretaker could not make it do good deeds, however. The discipline meter was replaced by a good deeds meter accordingly.

The Angelgotchi features a sound sensor. Occasionally, when the Angelgotchi was eating candy, a bat would appear and try to take the candy away. The caretaker would then have to either make a loud noise or tap the Angelgotchi unit (which would make a noise which the sound sensor would pick up) to scare the bat away. If the bat successfully took the candy, the Angelgotchi's good deeds meter would go down.

An Angelgotchi is a form of virtual pet. It came from the original Tamagotchi, which was released in 1996. A year later, Angelgotchis came out in Japan and Tamagotchi Angels came out in The United States. They were really popular, as they came out because many children were lost or confused when their original tamagotchi died. Therefore, parents wanted a virtual pet that did not die, so bandai responded by making Angelgotchi/Tamagotchi Angel. Angelgotchi's do not die. They just leave for "Tama Heaven" if they are badly cared for. They even say "bye-bye!". If you take good care of Angelgotchi and it returns home with a good spirit, then when it leaves, it says "thanks!".

They dont sell them anymore. Do they? if they do I want one.
So do I. They are so cool! My friend's aunt went to Japan this one tme, and bought my friend an Angelgotchi. She even showed it to me. It was so cute! So, apparentley, they still sell them in Japan. I want one sooooo much!!!!

No they don't make them anymore. The stores in Japan that they sell them in are like Flea Markets and places with used toys. Thats why I'd love to go to Japan. At those used toy shops, they are sold for real cheap. I saw an Ocean at Goodwill once (here in America) for like $12 and some spoiled brat grabbed it before I could, looked at me with a "jealous aren't you?" face then asked her mom if she could have it and her mom said yeah :mimitchi: that made me so mad. I just wanted to go sneak it out of their basket then buy it for myself.

Anyways....looked in resale shops that have toys.
