Alot of people have questions about v5s so here is everything I know!

CONTRAST- to set the contrast level, push buttons B and C together at the same time

PAUSING- v5s do not have pause mode. however there is a "travel mode" which is the same as "pause mode". to put your tama in travel mode, go to the TV icon and select TRAVEL SHOW. after a few seconds you will be given the choices GO! or CANCEL. select GO! to start travel mode.

SHOPPING- shopping in the v5 is now in the tv icon as TV SHOPPING

DATING SHOW- in v5 you no longer wait for the matchmaker! when your tama has been an adult for 48 hours it will be allowed to use the DATING SHOW, where it will find a parter and have tama-babies

BOND %- when your tama calls you with a ?, it is ready to train! (some times the tamas will use other symbols, but the first one they use is a ?) go to the 6th icon and select in item to raise the bond! sometimes the bond will not go up but after a few times it will. If you want quick training, set the time to 11:59, 1:59, 3:59, or 5:59 and wait 1 minute for your tama to call you for training.

FOOD- Meals will raise hunger points, and snacks raise happy points. in v5 you do not gain weight but your tama may still get sick if it eats too many sweets. you can buy food online at TamaTown or on TV SHOPPING

POINTS- earn points on TamaTown or by playing games to buy things in TV SHOPPING. you can also use these codes provided by binary to gain 1000 points.

CONNECTING- unfortunatly, v5s can ONLY connect with other v5s. but if you do find another v5, go to the 5th icon and select GAME or MARRY (note: you can only marry if your an adult). then face the 2 tamas to each other with the red connecters facing each other. (red connecters= strip of red above screen) then push B and the tamas should say CONNECT on the screen.

GAMES in the 4th icons you can play many games. to play TV SURFING, press B when the TV and poster match. to play TEA TIME, serve tea to the cup with a ring under it. press A to serve the left cup and B to serve the right cup. if both cups have no ring, just wait for more cups. GOLF PUTT cann only be played with the father and SHOE PAIRS can only be played with the mother.

MEMORY- select this (under 9th icon) to view past tamas you've had

ATTENTION ICON- this will light up if your tama is very hungry/unhappy or if they are sick.

CLOCK- press B to access your clock. to set it, hold down C and then press A. press A to scroll through numbers and B to set them.

To get the space family you have to marry one of your tamagotchi`s to sunnytchi. To get sunnytchi you have to do one of the following:
1.Connect two tamagotchis from different regions
2.Keep using the dating show again again
When you married sunnytchi you will get the space family!!

well in the past versions, you could see you deceased tamas on it.
