the children on my v5 became children yesterday (feb 14) at 8 o'clockish and i was wondering when will they become teenagers? will it happen today tomorrow or what...i wasn't sure so if anyone can help that would be great thanks a lot!

That's a good question for V5 because I think the evolution is different.
I haven't had time to test this properly, but with my V5 on generation 1, it took 24hrs (one whole day+night) before the toddler evolved to become a teen.
I am now on the 2nd generation and it took my toddler 48hrs to become a teen.
I haven't paused it or changed the tamas clock time.
I don't know for sure if I mis-calculated the evolution on the first generation and it took longer, but I didn't notice... or if it's because there were 3 babies on the G1 and only 1 baby on the G2...
