i never know when to time it out because when i do it jus gets mad it only cries like once...and when it poops i say time out but it doesnt do anything...can any one help me

go to the tips/hints forum and find the topic on training, it tells you exactly when to praise and to time out. But please don't give the poor guy a time out when he poops,that's normal, just clean it up.
