I read basically any manga. But Hight School of the Dead (Or something like that) was really messed up.

 

My favorites are Lucky Star, Clannad, and the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

 

Usually when I love a series I also read the manga, checking for differences. Then I make a decision on which I like better...

Almost 80% of what I've read lately has been manga. xDD

My favorites are Fruits Basket, Muhyo and Rojis, and though I haven't had time to get very far in this one, Death Note.

How different is the Manga than the anime? Also, does it go much further than the series?

 

Those are some questions I have. I want to buy the manga, but I need to know if it is worth it.

Err...in which?

Fruits Basket? Its kind of mixed up a bit, and ends with Kyo's secret, which happens in volume six, but it shows der...Kisa's friend who's name I forget, whom shows up in 7. So the anime doesn't go very far.

The manga is very good--you may have some de ja vu, but eventually you'll get stuff you never got in the anime.

Some quotes are diffrent in the Manga Anmine. Example: Misa doesnt say "OH! She poo pooed at me! Misa will break Takada's kneecap!" in the Anime, but she says int in the manga.

And sometimes, some chapters are not in the anime. in Ouran High School, There isent an episoide Where Tamaki gets ticked at Kyouga, and there is a contest, but theres a book of it :D

I've flicked through Mangas at a bookshop. They look pretty good except the fact you need to read them backwards but the art is just great! Anyway can anyone reccommend a good vampire-manga to me?

I dont buy manga. I take them out from libraries. It's A LOT less expensive. xD Besides, the only manga I read is Kekkaishi and Cardcaptor Sakura.

I didnt know you liked Manga O_O well probaly because you hate anime I thought you would hate manga.

Well anyway, I love manga! my fave is Abosulate Boyfriend.

Well, my library doesn't even have a book on medival times. xP And if they did have manga, I have a childrens card. Anything good would go in the Young Adults. So your extremely lucky. Luckeh luckeh person.

vols 1 - 10 Death Note (16+)

vols 1 - 11 Priest (18+ I think)

vols 1- 2 Ghost Hunt (13+)

vol 1 D. N Angel (which bored me, so I didn't bother to buy the rest)

My brother reads Naruto.

 
The only Manga My Library has is the entire Mink series (Terrible, I dont suggest it) and only the first Fruit Basket books :T
