when will it be back?? scratchcard sales are very low on wizard, trading , and ,auctions when will it come bbaaaaacckkkkkkk!?!?!?! any neopets admin or premium know?

I thought the Scratch Card Kiosks were back... I bought a Scratch Card in the Egyptian place just the other day. The one in Terror Mountain was closed though...
