One time I debugged my v4 and as I scrolled through the tamagotchis, I saw something that looked a little like micky mouse :angry: . Is it possible to get him without cheating?

That character is called the Marumimitchi :(

He always seems to appear in the debug lists on tamagotchis. The ony way to get him without debugging your tamagotchi is to obtain a tamagotchi connection Version 2. Marumimitchi was a normal character on the V2 - but has not appeared on any of the versions after the V2 (except as a debug character).
