To get Oyajitchi, you need to have Ojitchi and an Otokitchi. Ojitchi is the male old timer and Otokitchi is the female old timer. Your tama can become an old timer by refusing or ignoring the matchmaker when she comes, and not mating with another tama. All tamas will become old timers after 10 years if they haven't had a baby via the matchmaker or another tama.
After 24 hours since its evolution, old timers are able to mate. Make sure that your two old timers have a full friendship meter before-hand so that they can mate. When the two old-timers mate, they will both have a baby boy. The old timers will stay with the baby like they always do.
After 1 hour of being born, however, instead of evolving into a toddler, it will evolve straight into Oyajitchi, entirely skipping the child and teen stages.
