I use Paint.net. It's free. You can get it at download.com. Then on their support forums, you download the Transparency Add on. Then, you just get a buncha pictures, and, yeah.

Ugh. I hate them! I have them on my laptop and my mom's computer. But on my main computer, I'm free!

But that gets annoying when your little brother will do anything to get on YouTube. :mellow:
