Tamasuku help

Umm how do you set the contrast for Tamasuku...please dont call me stupid or dumb for asking this question because im Kind Of a "Newbie" to the whole TamaSuku thingy!

Start from the clock screen. Press both the Up and Down buttons on the A-pad at the same time. Use the Right / Left buttons on the A-pad to increase / decrease the contrast. Press the B button or the C button to save the setting.

Which buttons are which:

A-pad = the four directional buttons on the left side of the screen

B = the lower of the two on the right side of the screen

C = the upper of the two on the right side of the screen
