Sick after 1/2hr

So I just restarted my Tama bc my other Tama was spoiled and overweight I think. I was so excited bc I got a girl, Snat©h. I was being very attentive to her but she got sick after 1/2 hr. I fed her and played with her. Is this a bad sign?
