It would be quite difficult to do so, but as long as you have a girl - you can get Ichigotchi from any toddler! She's a universal teen. On v4 you get universals from bad care, but I'm not sure about the v4.5, I don't have one (I checked out growth charts though, cos one time I was planning on getting one).
Why would you want a specific teen character anyway? She's got to evolve to an adult at some stage. You can get female universal adults from either UFOtchi or Ichigotchi. Funny = Memetchi, Gorgeous = Mimitchi, Spiritual = Violetchi.
