My V5.5 Family - Shilh

Well, as binary suggested, I am starting a log of my V5 Celebrity Familitchi.

Their Family Name is Shilh. Long story behind that one, but it stems from one of my characters named Lukan Shilh....

I picked up two Tamagotchi's on the 21st of July from our local Target, North Carolina, and proceeded to be surprised to find out that they are the new versions!

Well, I started it up, and three eggs appeared. Unfortunately they did not last very long.

I had read about the battery removal problem that a couple of people were having and tried it out... Lost the first family. Figured out how to get around the battery issue, I pressed reset and now everything is working the way it should...

My new family consists of:

Mattari-tchi son

Sakura-motchi daughter

Ahiruku-tchi son

The only cheat that I have performed was the training, I have stopped at 80% and will train them normally now, and trained them all for artistic abilities. So far, I have been given training opportunities at 9:30 AM and at 1:00 PM

The training activities are:

Music

Violin

Electric Guitar

Harp

Sports

Fencing

Soccer

Ribbon

Art

Writting

Sculpture

Painting

Floral

Arranging

Bouquet

Planting

I have an artistic family now, since I chose the last option for each training period.

My favorite thing right now is the random action of Mattari-tchi!

Well, I think that is all for now... I started this family on the 23 of July around 7:00 AM EST. They are Children now, and not yet into their teenage years... I think that this is taking a little longer than with the V5's, but I am uncertain.

There are six different games to play!

Two of them can only be played with an adult:

CUE BALL < with the father only

JEWELS < with the mother only

I like SAFE BOX the best since I can consistently score 500 GP's each time I play it.

Also, I mentioned this in another thread, but let me do so again here for completeness.

When you feed the Tami's, my nickname for them, two chefs come out to deliver the food. The same thing happens for the Doctor, what used to be MEDICINE, and when you use a RARE. Also, I could only get one item out of the Special Password from the instruction manual, and that was a Tulip.

The only other item of note, that I can think of off of the top of my head, is that all of the (items/food/snacks/rare/souvenir)'s now have a text title of what each one is.

Good morning from the East Coast.

I had trouble sleeping again, I probably didn't mention that I have insomnia, so I played the SAFE BOX game this morning. It was around 1:00 AM EST.

I successfully completed the game! The total cash prize that Sukura-motchi received was 700 GP's! I am not sure if the total reward would be 1k GP's, or 1000 GP's for those who did't know, if I were able to get the numbers faster or not, but this is a far cry more than what a few of my friends are able to get on their V5's. Well, I am off for now..

More news as it comes.

Well, not much to talk about tonight...

Played a few games, bought a planetarium, which did nothing for their happiness. Won a checkered flag at the celebrity races.

They are now completely trained to 100% bond, and they appear to be quite content.

Time for sleep now....

Well, I have some interesting news...

I woke up this morning... and the bad part is I slept through the animation...

I now have TEENS!

It looks as though mine took a little longer to turn into teens. I believe the range is 2 - 4 days, with the average being 2 days if I remember some of the posts I read.

The main artist of the family is now Nonopo-tchi, but I did not find him on the V5 evolution chart that is here on the forums... In fact, I cannot find Nonopo-tchi in the PDF from Tamagotchi's site either! Is Nonopo-tchi a celebrity? From what I am reading, he is from the Royal Familitchi. I think I will start to look into that evolution chain to see where this one is expected to go.

Well, there is really nothing new to report, other than Nonopo-tchi being the one to draw me the old picture!

Played a few more games, and bought some new food. I now have some Sushi, and a GoldenBean!

Nonopo also won the PC from TamaTown. I guess it was a little bit exciting...

Now they are all tucked in and snoring like bears...

I woke up this morning to ADULTS!!!

I still have an Artistic family, so I guess that the Prince will be the one to draw the pictures now.

I will write more later this morning... It is time to get to work...

Prince Tama-hiko is showing more frequently his artistic side! Maybe one day I will create an animation of it... Not today though.. not feeling too hot myself...

The time is getting closer to when the Match-Maker should show up, and I worry about who will get to marry who... The wedding will most likey set me back a good amount of coin, if it is my daughter who is getting married.. all that dowery stuff.. and possibly more for the boys... the bachelor parties etc...

We will see....

I wonder who wil be chosen for the Prince...

Well, good news, and maybe not good news... The Prince is married..

Yes.. yes.. all you single girls can go back to your lives, the Prince is married..

But, I honestly don't know who the Match Maker set him up with!

Once they were married, the Prince said bye to his siblings, married the girl, and then promptly changed into Glasun-tchi. She turned into Jyoou-batchi.

They had an Omutu-tchi and Futaba-tchi which both changed respectively into Ahiruku-tchi and Tororo-tchi.

The kids are doing well, they are at 10% bonded, and this time I am going to choose the first training task each time. They left their Artistic side and became blended again so I figured it would be good for the Data.

Well, the kids and Mom and Pop are sleeping now so I am going to log for the night and do some school work.

News news news... Nothing much to really report other than the kids enjoy playing

JEWELS with mom! Also Mom and Dad like to eat a lot!

It appears as if the JEWEL game gives around 20 points or so, and the family's bond is now at 60%.

I will have some new nimation links for these sometime over the weekend.... Work is taking a little more time lately..

For those who want to see it though, I have finally finished the last Artist family animation of Prince Tama before he married!

There appear to be a lot of animations associated with the Sociable Family, which mine are now at 90%! Hooray for the family games!

Omutu-tchi became a teen last night, Mameka-tchi.

Futaba-tchi also became a teen, Chamame-tchi.

The family is getting a little older, and more grown up.

Time to go and feed them and play with them a little bit..

Also, the JEWEL game is by far the easiest game to play... Atleast for me. IT goes by quickly, there are only something like 6 rounds to it, and you get $700 at the end of it. Plus the 20 points for Bonding...

Well, today I found out something about my Tami's... The Prince married Sukuupu-tchi.

I also have been a little laxed with the children as their bond dropped 10%. I must have missed a couple of trainings..

I woke up this morning and decided to see if my Tami's could marry yet. They can!

I have yet to decide if I will try to marry Tamasta-tchi or Megami-tchi. I am leaning towards Megami though.

Well, I appologize for not writing sooner, but we were moving all day yesterday.

I have some sad news to report....

If you neglect your Tama's, and they don't get fed on time, they become a MODEL family. My parents are now called TOWER's, While my children were called MODEL's.

I gave my children MILK, and they went back to normal... But not the adults.

I am expecting my kids to be out of sorts again. Since i left them at home all day today.

For those curious, the Celebrity v5 has the following family types, so far:

Sociable <- Pick the first option for Training

Active <- Pick the second option for Training

Artistic <- Pick the Third option for Training

Model <- don't feed your family often enough. Treat with milk.

I don't have the over-feeding family, nor the other neglected types yet.

I am thinking of accelerating the growth of my family so that I can get back to marrying age sooner than the 4-6 days it will normally take. I have a friend who is getting a little anxious about their kids not being married yet.

This weekend was really busy for me, and my Tami's. On Saturday morning, they turned into teens!

When I awoke this morning, they had another growth spurt! They are now adults!

It has been a few days, and I apologize for not posting sooner. I have had a bit of a crisis though, and don't know what to do.

I have neglected my Tami's last night, and now I have Paparatchi's!

I have been unsuccessful in returning them to their normal state, and can't find the posts that deal with the Paparatchi Adults.

If anyone has a clue on what to do, please PM me.

YAY! Good news! I had forgotten about the Carmel Candies! Thanks binary!

My Tami's are now back to normal, and doing great! I am expecting to marry one of them off soon, and will let everyone know who it is when the time comes!
