I really want a paintbrush, but I don't know where to get one. I know, they are super mega rare. I've seen loads on the trading post, but they are up for thousands and thousands of Neopoints.
And if anybody is going to start making fusses and references to this topic, there are 2 things I will point out about it.
1. I was not trying to scam people. (and I honestly don't see how people got that idea anyway)
2. I know my account was not brand new, but I don't go on Neopets that often, so I didn't know that they were one-use items.

The only way you can get one is from a random event or you can also win one off the of the fruit machine. I one a PB off the fruit machine once... I got a spotted one. I didn't use it though. I sold it and got 350k for it. And they're thousands and thousands because they're so rare. You can expect to buy one for like a thousand points...

I've been on Neopets for 8 years and have never won a Paint Brush from there. =/ Don't expect to win every time.
You can also get Paint Brushes from KeyQuest. But it's very rare too. But more common than the fruit machine.

my mom has 16 million nps. she got it in two years. she did it by restocking, playing games, and playing slots(which, sadly isn't on any more. they may have brought it back up, I'm just not sure) playing games and restocking is the main way people get nps. so if you keep working at it, you'll get there!

Go to faerieland. You have to have a old account (Over one year old I think) go to faerie city. Click on random places where shops AREN'T. Click and you will be taken to Fyoras Hidden Tower! They sell paint brushs there for a very big price!
PS It is at a certain place in faerie city. It is sometimes out of items.
