its fake here is some reasons.
1.No bandi logo.
2.It doesnt say tamagotchi.
3.there is no such thing as a v9 yet...
4.it says ANIMALS???

Well, I don't think it's a fake. If it says animals then its not copying a tamagotchi. Just because bandai is better JD(which it is) it doesnt mean JD can't make a virtual pet without people saying ZOMG TIS FAKE BCUZ IT HAZ JD ON IT!!1!!
