WHY DID IT RESET?!?!?!?

okay so the battery died in my sister's tama and when we put in a new battery and it didn't give the download reset screen like normally! it started over on a whole new generation!

why did it do that!?!??!?!??!?!?!?!

is there any way to get them back!?!?!?!???!??!?!

now my sis is really upset she keeps saying its my fault I can't help it jessica it was a big glitch!

how do I get her lil' dudes back!?!?!?!?!?!?! is it even possible to get them back?!?!?!?!?!? and how can I get my sis to calm down?

If the battery went completely dead (even the Low Battery X wasn't visible on the screen,) the data may have become corrupt, so Download would work.

Otherwise, when you insert the new battery, sometimes you have to press the B (middle) button for the Download/Reset screen to appear. Actually, the manual states you should press the reset button on the back after installing a new battery. This will for sure cause the Download/Reset screen to appear.
