i wish bandai made the battery life last longer than 2 count-em 2 weeks!!!!!!!! haku's batteries are almost dead again and he's only 1 month old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
this totaly freaking SUCKS!!!!!!

I have given up on the American ones. 
They are the only ones whose batteries die so quickly.
I highly recommend getting ones for different countries.
All of my Japanese ones are still going and going!

mine lasted much longer, its still on the same battery. I got my tamagotchi on Dec 10th 2004. And its still working perfectly fine. Which is really weird in your case... hmm...

The very first wave of Connections in the USA had bad wiring and the batteries died EXTREMELY FAST! any connection you buy now will have long lasting batteries because bandai fixed the problem as of last November. HAPPY CONNECTING!

Are you talking about Tamagotchi Connection or the original Tamagotchi? Because both of my Tamagotchi Connection batteries are still running and I got them almost 3 months ago!
