how do i get a gozarutchi on tamagotchi

It is going to be real hard to get a gozarutchi with that many skillpoints. To get a ozarutchi on the v4/v4.5, you need theleast number of skill points you can get. Leave it mostly unhappy most of the tiem, which means do not fill up its happiness hearts. I am sorry, but it is not quite possible to get a gozarutchi with that many skill points.
