That pet is from Mexico - at least that's what I've heard. It's not a real tamagotchi, but it is a knockoff. I think it might feature the same characters, which it's not supposed to do. It is not made by Bandai, though.

 
what v9?? ;) is there reallly one??But i enjoy my v5 and v4.5 tamas already :p i dun need a v9 but i sure want a TMGC+Colour :D

Lol. What happened to the version 7 and version 8? :D Anyways , yeah. Since the packaging says JD its obviously fake. Gosh , they've tried to fool us again? Well , luckily tama talk knows better. Right? .. [...silence...] RIGHT GUYS? WE KNOW BETTER :) Anyways , let us not be fooled. I hope no one ordered that. but it'd be cool to see what it does , just for fun.

i brought one of those v9 and when i got home and sat it down the darn thing fell to bits!

:) iv got other ones now B) any way i shoud o' seen that coming because there isnt a v7 and 8 out....yet...

is there? im not REALLY 100% shore about 50% :eek: :eek: :eek:

v9? AHAHAHAHA! JD just LOVES to hear us say how ridiculously weird they can be. It's so obvious that it's a fake.

 
AGES ago, I used to think these were real. Now I don`t. Does JD actually expect Bandai-fans and TamaTalkers to fall for this? You can see they put too much effort into the package.

I mean like the 9 JUMPS out at you and all the other info is in tiny print. Bandai would never do that!
