I've heard from Mothra over on her forum that they are worth the money, but I want to know how much I should pay. They're on ebay for for 3.99, but shipping to canada is 11.99! Is this too much??

They are kinda iffy. I've had them reset on me and act up. I'd say they're not worth it.

And for those who are asking, the tamakaci are cheap pets in both dinosaur and duck models. They are very simple to use and, if the programming behaves, can take abuse, lack of care, fairly well. One interesting feature is that they come with watch straps to clip them on, but the straps are really difficult to snap in and out.
