Fake?

Hey all,

Just wondering if this is a fake?

It says tamagotchi but the numbers above the buttons make me curious, havent seen a v2 with numbers...

And that its a bundle of 2...

Thoughts?

Its nice and cheap, want it if its genuine!

Yes, it is most certainly fake. If you look at the bottom left hand corner you will notice it says "JD", a company that creates virtual pets that resemble the real Bandai tamagotchis. Technically they're not breaking the law because the use different names eg: tamogotchi but if you actually play one of these fakes you will discover that it does not look anything like the real thing. The quality is also pretty bad. I have one and every time i accidentally drop it it self-resets. There isn't even a download button. The pixels are also very large, so the characters take up most of the screen.
