BanDai should sue them pretty soon! that is a complete copy! it says "the greatest virtuel pet has finally come" or sumin like that! i prefer Real tamagotchi.

I think that would be so that they could say that they are not copying and that their product is different and has a different name.

I hope JD's "tamagotchi's" come to life in the middle of the night and some how distroy all of his knock offs and his company

"Tamagotch" is how Tamagotchi used to be in romaji on official products up to 2009, but some Japanese tamas in the 90's had "Tamagotchi" on them.
Other romaji spellings are Tamagocchi and Tamagochi.
