what if you dont connect your tamagotchi to any other tamgotchis , would the matchmaker still find u a mate?? :p

 
Yes Mrs. Busybody will visit with a book, and then she'll say Love? and you choose yes or no and if you pick yes, you get a mate and there's fireworks :p But if you say no, she'll come back 3 times a day for the next few days.
