It's day 2 of my new Music Star. Just now (9:30AM) she called me, and the door icon was highlighted...... A Nazotchi came. Then the king gave me 2000 gotchi points. Does he come everyday?

 
You can expect him several times each day. Sometimes he delivers packages from the king (or from your character's parent if you're past first generation) and sometimes he delivers fanmail.
