MY skill points are: 58,89,67. By the way, Uramemetchi is supposed to become Hanagotchi (secret character) with certain skill points, i'm just not sure which ones?

UraMemetchi will become Hanagatatchi if you have 340+ i the middle skill,and 450+ overall in your stats.
