There have been many discussions on whether or not Bandai is planning to release an English version of the oh-so-cool TMGC+C (also called the Tamagotchi Color) which is currently only available in Japanese. Who wouldn't want one?! Check out the screen shots on the Tamagotchi Color page (in Japanese) for an idea of how awesome this toy is.
Well... I figured somebody needs to try and do something to see how many fans are interested in an English version. My hope is that this info can be collected and presented to Bandai to encourage them to release the Tamagotchi Color outside of Japan. I have put together a survey as a way of collecting the number of people interested as well as some other basic information that they might find useful and/or to give them an idea of how widespread the Tamagotchi fan community is.
I am really hoping for a lot of responses here. The more info we can get to Bandai, the better. As a way of saying thanks for your time in helping with this, you can also enter into a drawing to win a free TMGC+C. These are still selling for over $60 on Ebay! Better yet, you can increase your chances of winning by telling your friends. This contest is open to everyone... No matter where in the world you live and no matter which tama site you are a member of. So, please, tell your friends, post this on your website and help spread the word!
