My v3 wont let me view the parents?

OK, so, I have this v3 that I have had for about 2 months (I think) and its on the 6th generation.

I have always been able to go and view the parents stats in the parents section until today when it just wont let me click on it! I have no idea whats wrong with it!

I have a lot of items (21 to be exact) and that had caused me to not be able to connect with friends in the past, but I have enough room for friends and more items and food so it should be able to store the parents info, right? or should I get rid of more of the stuff?

Please help! I know this isnt that big of a deal, but I dont want a defective tamagotchi, and I have never had problems with this one before. HELP!

This happened to me alot of times.

Sadly,I don't know how to fix it.I suggest you should try deleting some of your items.
