Exclamation Mark on top of Tamagotchi's head?

Suddenly when I looked at my Tamagotchi... It has an exclamation mark on top of its haed while opening his mouth...

What happened?

What must I do?

 
It depends. This means it needs attention.

Is the Game icon highlighted? That means it has to go to a concert.

Is the Door icon highlighted? That means there's someone at the door.

Is the Attention icon highlighted? That means he needs food or something.

 
The exclamation mark means they need to do something.

You could also mistake it for a tooth or a skull, which means it is sick. I've heard of it, but I don't think you would though..

(Woah, right when I was typing that, I got a knock on my tama door.. It was poo in an envelope!)

It can also mean high stress level and it is close to leaving, so play mind to that. :p
