TMGC+C help!

Please help.

I fell asleep until 12:00 noon so I wasn't able to take care of my TMGC+C. When I woke up, there was poop everywhere and she was sick BUT her happiness bar was still almost full.

It's still in toddler stage but what I want to know is:

Have i ruined my chance of getting a chamametchi?

The chart says that to get a chamametchi it must have Good care.

This is the only time I forgot to take care of it.

What can I do to fix it? I don't want to get an ichigotchi.... UGH!!!

If she was ill and the attention icon (lower right corner) was not lit, you've had at least one care miss. However, if the attention icon was lit, you may have rescued her in time. As far as I know, there's no way to erase a care miss on the TMGC+C. (Some previous Japanese Tamagotchis had a special item you could give to your character to erase 1 care miss.)
