Are there any TMGC+C in USA?

I just have a quick question. I know there are TMGC + Cs in Japan, but are there any in the USA? And which came first, the V2 - V5, or TMGC + C? I wanna know what order they came in!

The TMGC+C has not been released in USA.

The V2-V5 came out before the TMGC+C.
