I have a scratched cd of Sonic adventure 2 battle thanks to someone clumsy enough. If I get another cd of that will all of the memory be gone from the memory card?

No. The memory will be the same if you get a new disc.

It's obviously your memory card.
Just because your CD is scratched doesn't mean it effects the memory.
It may affect the gameplay such as errors in the sound or stage loading.
But this is your memory card.
EDIT: If you do get a new CD, the data will still stay there. It's not like a cartridge game..
